Contribute content to the Newsletter
Monthly Submissions:
Send content contributions to mayfieldnewsletter2012@gmail.com by noon on the 15th. Please include your organisation, name or the topic of your copy in the ‘Subject’ line of your email. Submissions must show the subject, name of author and a contact number in case of queries. Anonymous submissions cannot be accepted.
Photographs:
Thanks to all our contributors for their photographs. Please do send us your images, email to mayfieldnewsletter2012@gmail.com
Online Payments
Payments accepted on this website are via Card payment only.
Online card payments reduce the administrative overhead of running the newsletter.
Other payment types must be arranged directly through your bank.
BACS / Standing Order
If you wish to use one of these payment methods you can do this through your bank.
You should set up a standing order or make a BACS payment for £25 for annual Postal Subscription. Please include your name as the payment Reference.

The Newsletter is a not-for-profit service for the village communities, run by volunteers.
The goal of the Newsletter is to inform and promote a flourishing community, providing news on events and activities of our community, schools, societies, churches, clubs and other groups.
The Newsletter is supported by subscriptions and donations, as well as advertising.
Copies are available locally for a small donation, or by annual subscriptions, as well as here online.
Village organisations or individuals can email items for the news page to mayfieldnewsletter2012@gmail.com although the editor reserves the right to withhold publication.
Copy should be submitted at the latest by noon on the 15th of any month with the name of your organisation or topic in the subject line.
For all advertising enquiries please email MFANadvertising@gmail.com.
Deadlines
- Book space: by the 10th of each month for space in the following month edition.
- Provide artwork: by the 16th of each month to appear the following month edition.
- Please provide company name, address, and nature of business with advertising requests.
